New Baobab version: 3.20. This new version includes a few bugs fixed and GUI improvements. A discrete character ancestral states reconstruction using parsimony is implemented.

Major update of Baobab and its web site. New distribution: Baobab is now distributed as an executable jar file. Sources are distributed in a separate zip directory. All files are distributed 'as is' under the new French CeCILL Free Software License.
