I am assistant professor at the computer science department of University of Montpellier.
I am a researcher in computer science and bioinformatics at ISEM laboratory (Institut des Sciences de l'Evolution - Montpellier).
My main research subjects are algorithmics and bioinformatics : text algorithms, graphs, combinatorics, comparative genomics, genome evolution.
I teach subjects ranging from practical computer science to theoretical computer science, as well as bioinformatics: networks, initiation to algorithmics, logic, theoretical computer science, text algorithms, sequence analysis (in the five years of the French university).
